Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and billed or communicated to the vendors/merchants or our warehouse and they have initiated the process of shipping them. Customers can request cancellation of a product at [email protected]
  2. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the SupremePC marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  3. SupremePCdoes not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is not good.
  4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. SupremePC believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. We accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 3 after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. Buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us at [email protected] (preferred) or by calling us at 8981926272.
  2. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.


Please Note that for claiming a missing or damaged item from your order, we might ask you to share a video recording proof or full & uncut unboxing video. Customers are requested to make a full uncut unboxing video once the delivery is done to ensure safety. Any missing or damaged items are to be reported to us within 24 hours from delivery by calling us at 8981926272.
